NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Multi-hyphenate global entertainer Billy Ray Cyrus tapped his longtime publicist Scott Adkins, of Adkins Entertainment, to represent him as manager in all facets of his illustrious career. Billy Ray also recently retained Nick Meinema of Action Entertainment Collaborative for agency representation of LIVE shows.

Derrek Kupish, Billy Ray’s longtime photographer, cinematographer and social media manager, has been named part of the management team as Creative Director to execute Billy’s, brand and image.
